Very friendly service!! They couldn't be nicer! We stopped in for breakfast on our road trip. Easy, spacious parking. We felt comfortable leaving our packed car unattended. Very fast service!! They kept refilling coffee, and the server intentionally helped us save money with the kids menu. Everyone enjoyed their food--typical diner breakfast fare. The home fries were so good. I wanted everything in the bakery case, but didn't try anything.

We were up in Albany, doing some shopping. This place was very busy on Friday at lunchtime. After eating here, we could see why . We were still seated right away. It had a great diner vibe on the inside and out, and had a very large. Menu of your typical diner food. Our server was Nick. He was fantastic. Helpful, friendly, and he even laughed at my jokes. :) he suggested that we start off with the raspberry iced tea. We liked it very much. For our meal, we started out with a cup of the potato leek soup. It came with my meal, my partner had it as a side. We both loved it. Lots of goodies on the inside, creamy and delicious. As often happens, we tore into it so fast, I forgot to get a picture. In addition to the soup, my partner had the side order of mac & cheese. For a side order, it was very large. She gave me a taste, and I have to agree with her. It was cheesy, creamy, and delicious. I decided to go with the turkey dinner. Lots of tender, delicious, turkey, a wonderful, rich, cream gravy, and out of this world cranberry sauce. Nick offered me more gravy, but it was plenty . The turkey also came on top of an amazing stuffing. Rich, and it had just a little bit of a sweet to it, but in a very good way, . It also came with veggies, which were nice and crisp, and a delicious rice pilaf on the side. It wasn't just plain white rice, either. We both had plenty of food to take home afterwards. The dessert case looked heavenly, but we left stuffed. The prices were extremely reasonable, and they even offered a military/veterans discount. A fantastic meal. We would like to come back. Came on a Monday morning for breakfast around 10 AM. Had a party of 7, the parking lot was full and so was the restaurant but we were sat immediately. Service was friendly and efficiently. Their dessert case has amazing looking slices of cake and cannolis. They were very accommodating when it came to the fruit for my daughter as she is very picky and wouldn't eat their fruit cup but they gave her grapes instead which is her all time favorite. Coffee cups were always full and they give you a full thing of hot water for your tea. Everyone devoured their food and of course I had to get a slice of their chocolate cream pie. Loaded with fluffy whipped topping on top. A big enough slice to share! If you want some good diner food head here!

Excellent, friendly service. Great ambiance. Comfortable seating. Lots of parking behind the restaurant. Very close to I-87. Both dishes my husband ordered were excellent. What I ordered not so excellent. The egg salad in my sandwich tasted like it wasn't made fresh that day and my tossed salad looked like it had been sliced/prepared in advance. I recommend you stick to the many menu items that must be freshly prepared for you and can't be prepared in advance.

I really love this diner for three main reasons.... 1. They serve alcohol, and not just cheap beer like other places. They have a great selection of everything from wine, spirits, and beer. 2. Their lunch specials are amazing and so good for the price. You get a choice of multiple soups of the day, bread, and a delish dish of Moussaka, Lasagna, Beef Stew, BBQ ribs, and many other delish options. 3. The service is excellent even when they are jam packed like they were yesterday for lunch. Oh, and their deserts are out of this world. Just wish they were closer to down town, but being minutes from my work, is perfect, especially for lunch.
